30-Day Return Window

We accept returns for store credit and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, all items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags still attached. If possible, please include the original order packing slip inside your return package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately at blanksbythirteenclothing@gmail.com with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will fully cover the return or exchange shipping fees at no cost to you.
